VIOMAL S.A. is a Greek manufacturer of aluminium mill finish spacer bars for double glazing. Our long experience and quality control throughout the production procedure ensures that the final product meets the highest quality demands. For the manufacturing of its aluminium spacer bars the technology of induction welding is used.
VIOMAL's spacer bars have passed the EN 1279-2:2003 norm for the long term moisture penetration, which is the European Standard for insulating glass units. Furthermore, an own certified Quality Control System is applied, where controls are made during the different production stages.
The spacer bars are packed in cardboard boxes of 5m length as standard or 4 and 6m length upon request. Bigger spacer bars dimensions are packed side to side with paper interleaved for further securing of the spacers.
